Responsible for:
- Conduct market research on consumer trends, competitor products, and industry developments in the nutritional supplements field, including analysis of health and wellness preferences, regulatory changes, and e-commerce behaviors.
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts for supplement SKUs, projecting sales across retail, online, and wholesale channels to ensure alignment with actual performance (targeting accuracy within 10-15%).
- Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and supply chain metrics using tools like Excel, Tableau, and SPSS to provide actionable insights during team meetings and support S&OP processes.
- Design and execute surveys, focus groups, and data collection methods to gather consumer feedback on product efficacy, pricing, and branding.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, visualizations (e.g., charts, graphs), and presentations to communicate findings to leadership, enabling data-informed decisions on product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor global trends, emerging health fads, and assess opportunities for new supplement formulations or partnerships.
- Track marketing campaign performance and ROI, recommending adjustments to promotional strategies based on data analysis.
Job Requirement:
Master in Communication Management, Market Research or Analytics required. Graduate courses taken in Global Marketing Communication, Online Marketing Development and Analysis required.
Salary:
$85,446.00 to $86,000.00 per year
