In-Process Monitoring
Real-time weight checks, fill uniformity testing, and environmental monitoring during production. Any deviation triggers immediate investigation and corrective action.
Finished Product Testing
Complete analytical testing: active content assay, weight uniformity, dissolution, microbial limits, heavy metals, and allergen screening. Third-party lab tested dietary supplements for independent validation.
Release & Documentation
QA reviews all test results and batch records. Certificate of Analysis issued for every lot. Full traceability documentation archived for regulatory compliance and international export.
